Ingredients

Spice Mix: Dairy, Cashew, Nuts, Onion Garlic Salt Seeds  Spices

 Chilli Powder Coriander Powder Turmeric Powder, Mango Powder, Ginger Powder Black Pepper, Star Anise Cloves, Cardamom, Cumin Seeds  Mint Leaves  Coriander Leaves Fenugreek Leaves.

How to Cook

Palak Kofta Biryani

2 Cups     Rice

1 Cup       Palak Puree

1/2 Cup   Tomato Puree

1/2 Cup   Buttermilk

1/2 Cup   Biryani Masala

Ghee, Salt And Garam Masala (Khade Masale) As Per Taste

Recipe:

Heat Ghee In A Pan. Temper With Khade Masale. Add Tomato Puree, Cook And Then Add Palak Puree And Salt. Mix Buttermilk And Masala, and Add This Mixture To The Palak Mixture. Cook Till Desired Consistency.

Recipe For Kofta: Add 1 Tsp. Cornflour, Salt And Black Pepper As Per Taste To 1 Cup Grated Paneer. Mix Everything And Make Balls Of Even Size. Saute The Balls In Ghee Using Appe Maker. Coat These Sauteed Balls With The Cooked Palak Mixture And Keep Aside.

Layering Suggestion:

First Add A Layer Of Cooked Palak Mixture In A Microwaveable Bowl. Then Add A Layer Of Rice. Further Garnish It With A Layer Of Coated Paneer Koftas, Fried Onions, Fried Cashews And Chopped Coriander And Mint Leaves.

Microwave The Above  For 5 Minutes. Your Palak Kofta Biryani Is Ready.

Note- Adding Magic Water To Biryani Rice Enhance The Flavour
