PANEER TIKKA MASALA It’s really tasty and convenient, Paneer doesn’t need overnight marination so a very quick, healthy and tummy-filling instant snack option for kids! You can add up tomatoes or capsicum! To be innovative can use mushrooms instead! This achar-flavoured masala is so versatile. It can be added to dahi to make it flavourful. It can be added to cooked veggies to be used in parathas. As a mother, this is my favourite from the masala kitty!
GRAVY MASALA This masala has always come to my rescue when I had to cook an additional sabji because my daughter didn’t like the sabji on the menu. It’s just add Paneer or for the sake any boiled veg maybe potatoes or for that sake mixed veggies and the sabji is ready! Now it has a permanent place in my daughter's kitchen who is studying abroad. She need not spend hours in the kitchen and can enjoy a flavourful Indian meal in no time after her university hours!
BIRYANI MASALA This masala showcases the hard work of its maker. Biryani made using this masala has authentic flavours and is so aromatic! Just marinate veggies/non-veggies using this masala mix in yoghurt/dahi and simply add to rice for instant Biryani! The daughter enjoys the flavour because it isn’t spicy for her and it’s a good instant rice option to the regular pulaav! As a student studying abroad, she need not grind the masalas by herself and this saves so much time for her!
